Well Care Nursing Home Khlong Luang Elderly and Convalescent Patient Care Center

Well Care Nursing Home is an elderly care and patient rehabilitation center dedicated to providing close attention and care. We offer services for seniors and patients requiring recovery or rehabilitation after surgery.

We care for both self-sufficient and bedridden patients, including those with paralysis (hemiplegia/paraplegia), Alzheimer's, and those requiring feeding tubes. All care is provided by professional nurses and trained staff with extensive experience in elderly and patient care.

Our main services include:

• Air-conditioned rooms (shared 2-3 beds) that are clean, safe, and fully equipped with facilities such as air conditioning and water heaters.
• Comprehensive personal hygiene care, including bathing, hair washing, haircuts, and nail trimming.
• Regular monitoring of patients' vital signs.
• Repositioning of bedridden patients with pressure sores, hemiplegia, or paraplegia every 2 hours, along with air mattresses, to prevent and alleviate pressure wounds.
• Basic physical therapy services and exercise activities to restore fundamental physical capabilities, tailored to the specific needs of each elderly person and patient.
• Laundry service and cleaning of patients' personal belongings.
• Three meals a day for regular patients, and four meals a day of liquid food via feeding tube for patients unable to eat normally.
• Arrangement of religious ceremonies on important occasions, such as inviting monks to receive offerings by the bedside. The center is responsible for providing food and offerings, and covering all related expenses.
• Free minor wound dressing, feeding tube changes, urinary catheter changes, and finger-prick blood tests (excluding equipment costs).
• 24-hour basic medical care and nursing services, with CCTV surveillance for safety.
• Spacious, new, clean, and private facilities.
• Healthy meals prepared with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, suitable for each individual's needs.
• Rehabilitation activities to improve the quality of life for seniors and patients.

Note: The center reserves the right to decline patients with severe infectious diseases or severe mental health disorders.
